Description
The role provides recovery-based, person-centered, culturally competent treatment services to residential and/or outpatient clients. Responsibilities include assessments, client-care coordination, individual and group counseling, monthly reporting, documentation, advocacy, referrals, and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards. The position requires 22 hours of client contact per week and reports to a Clinical Supervisor. Qualifications vary by Therapist level, with bachelor’s, master’s, and professional-license requirements, and all levels require group-facilitation ability and English communication skills; bilingual Spanish, French, or another language is preferred. The stated salary is $48,508 to $55,843 annually.
