Therapist at Intermountain Centers

Intermountain Centers is recruiting a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to members with mental illness, addiction disorders, and trauma effects. The role includes assessment, counseling, treatment planning, care coordination, family support, referrals, crisis advocacy, and documentation, while meeting a productivity target of 440 units monthly. Candidates must have a master’s-level degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, at least two years of public behavioral health experience, and Arizona licensure.
