Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Therapist for The Rite Care Evening Learning Center in Berrien County, Michigan. The role leads groups and monitors, contacts, and supervises assigned youth in an after-school intervention and diversion program, reporting to the Program Manager and serving as a site and community specialist. Applicants need a master's degree, mental-health licensure such as LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, or LLPC, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background, drug, physical, TB, and child and adult abuse registry checks. Compensation is $67,000–$75,000 plus a $5,000 bonus, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
