Description
The Therapist provides individual, group, family, and couples therapy for adult and adolescent clients across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. The role creates and monitors individualized treatment plans, conducts intake evaluations, supports mealtime guidance and milieu management, contributes to treatment-team discussions, develops discharge plans, and coordinates post-discharge care. It is a PRN position with approximately 4–5 hours per week, including targeted Monday and Tuesday coverage and general afternoon-to-evening availability. Therapist I requires provisional or associate licensure, while Therapist II requires independent licensure; both require a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychotherapy experience, computer proficiency, and communication skills. Compensation is $26.44–$31.25 per hour for Therapist I and $31.25–$35.57 per hour for Therapist II, with benefits including HSA/PPO, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement matching.
