Description
The Therapist provides individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy for adult and adolescent clients across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care. The role includes creating and monitoring treatment plans, meal guidance, intake evaluations, treatment-team collaboration, milieu support, discharge planning, and coordination of post-discharge care. Therapist I requires provisional or associate licensure, while Therapist II requires independent licensure; both require a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychotherapy experience, computer proficiency, and communication skills. The schedule is 20 hours per week, with additional flexible hours, and compensation ranges from $26.44 to $35.57 per hour depending on licensure level.
