Easterseals Blake Foundation is hiring a Therapist II/III to conduct behavioral health therapy with children and adults, assess and diagnose clients, administer standardized testing, maintain clinical records, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate treatment plans. The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field eligible for Arizona licensure or an associate license, two years of related experience, permanent associate or independent licensure depending on the level, and a strong clinical and behavioral health knowledge base. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and a salary of $50,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and license.
