Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist in Montgomery County to provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults. The role includes developing treatment plans, coordinating care with physicians and referral sources, documenting services, participating in case conferences, and delivering on-site and off-site clinical and educational support. Applicants need a relevant master’s degree, active independent Ohio licensure as an LPCC, LISW, or IMFT, adult-population experience, familiarity with DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards, and strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
