Help Group is hiring a full-time therapist for its CAPIT program in Lynwood. The role provides strengths-based assessments, field-based mental health and case management, individualized Family Support Plans, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, and crisis intervention for children and families affected by abuse, neglect, autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and related challenges. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, active California licensure or registration, eligibility for licensure, at least one year of experience with children, adolescents, and families, family-centered service experience, and a valid California driver’s license. Spanish fluency is preferred, and the position includes training, licensure supervision, retirement and savings plans, insurance options, and other benefits.
