Kalamazoo Probation Enhancement Program Inc (KPEP) is hiring a full-time Therapist in Muskegon, Michigan to provide recovery-based, person-centered, culturally competent treatment services to residential and/or outpatient clients. The role includes assessments, care coordination, individual and group counseling, monthly reporting, documentation, advocacy, and referrals, with 22 hours of client contact per week and supervision by the Clinical Supervisor. Qualifications vary by Therapist level, ranging from a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field to a master’s degree with professional licensure; MCBAP credentialing or a development plan is required, and experience with the sex offender population is required for Therapist III.
