Heartland Family Service is hiring an advanced clinical social worker to manage a caseload of high-difficulty clients, provide diagnosis, intervention, treatment planning, and clinical documentation, and participate in the Assertive Community Treatment program. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, with LMHP or LMHC and LADC or CADC credentials preferred, and requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with salary to be discussed upon interview.
