Description
Heartland Family Service is hiring a Therapist II for its Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center, a residential-based stabilization program serving adults in crisis. The role leads comprehensive mental health assessments, creates stabilization plans, provides individual and group therapy, delivers crisis intervention and de-escalation, mentors direct-care staff, coordinates referrals and aftercare, and maintains clinical documentation. The position requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy, Nebraska licensure as LIMHP, LMHP, or LCSW, a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record; two or more years of clinical experience in crisis or inpatient settings is preferred. Compensation is $70,000 per year for a 40-hour workweek.
