Description
A facility Therapy Aide/Rehab Aide supports supervising therapists and the Director of Rehab by carrying out predetermined patient treatments, assisting with patient transport and preparation, helping with ambulation and daily living activities, and completing housekeeping and clerical tasks to keep the therapy department operating efficiently. The role also requires professional conduct, adherence to safety procedures, and the physical ability to lift, transfer, stand, walk, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
