Iowa Ortho is hiring a Therapy Care Coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa, to serve as the primary liaison for physical and occupational therapy orders. The role coordinates patient scheduling, verifies insurance benefits and authorizations, manages therapy scripts and reminder calls, sends clinical documentation to physicians, tracks clinic metrics, and collaborates with clinical, patient access, and billing teams.
