Description
The Therapy Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for families, manage therapist appointments, maintain confidential client records, respond to enquiries, build client relationships, handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims, support therapists with administrative tasks, and perform general data-entry work. The role requires practice-management software experience, NDIS or similar funding-package knowledge, strong communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to detail, along with required working-with-children, police, NDIS screening, CPR, and first-aid checks.
