Therapy Manager at Texas Children's

The Manager of Therapy will direct and coordinate the Therapy Department’s inpatient and/or outpatient operations, including clinical direction, staffing, budgeting, compliance, audits, human resources, training, and professional development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy, a master’s degree for Speech-Language Pathologists, Texas licensure, and eight years of healthcare experience; two years of healthcare leadership or management experience is preferred.
