The Kitimat Community Development Centre is hiring a full-time Therapy Services Manager to lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team supporting children, families, and professionals. The role provides operational oversight, staff development, recruitment and performance management, program and quality-improvement planning, service data monitoring, budget and staffing support, and external partnership coordination. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with significant leadership experience, plus experience in child and family, health, social, educational, or interdisciplinary services. The position is based in Kitimat, British Columbia, pays CAD $42.80–$59.01 per hour depending on education, and remains open until filled.
