Description
The role performs thermal simulations and CFD/FEA analysis for high-speed electric motors, inverters, and gearboxes, including ANSYS, FloEFD, and similar tools. It optimizes thermal designs for electric-vehicle applications, develops and validates simulation methodologies, automates workflows with Python, MATLAB, and ANSYS macros, supports testing and measurement correlation, and contributes to AI-driven prediction and productivity initiatives. The position requires an engineering degree in mechanical, thermal, or mechatronics engineering and 3–5 years of thermal simulation experience in automotive or a similar industry.
