Description
Aeva is hiring a Thermal Analysis Engineer to analyze and optimize the thermal performance of its products. The role involves developing conduction, natural convection, and forced-air thermal models; providing design feedback through thermal and airflow visualizations; and designing passive and active thermal solutions such as fans, heatsinks, vapor chambers, TIMs, and TECs. Candidates need at least five years of thermal analysis and modeling experience, CFD proficiency in Siemens FloEFD, a mechanical engineering or related bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
