Description
Apple is seeking a Thermal Engineer to define and design thermal solutions for Apple products from initial concept through design fruition. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding thermal objectives, applying heat and fluid-flow physics, using numerical modeling and post-processing, and communicating complex technical conclusions to cross-functional design teams. The position requires a mechanical engineering background, at least five years of thermal expertise, and strong communication skills; advanced degrees, CFD tools, optimization, scripting, data-analysis, measurement, and manufacturing knowledge are preferred.
