Array Labs is hiring a Thermal Engineer to own the thermal design of radar satellites and payloads from architecture through flight verification. The role includes defining spacecraft and payload thermal architectures, extending and validating an in-house Python thermal simulation framework, designing radiators and conduction paths, building and testing thermal hardware, conducting thermal vacuum and balance campaigns, and correlating models with test and flight telemetry. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or STEM field, at least three years of industry experience with thermally constrained hardware, strong Python and heat-transfer skills, and experience with thermal hardware.
