Description
The role is responsible for developing thermal and fluid simulations of 3-in-1 or multi-in-one electric drive systems for new energy vehicles, including motor, inverter, reducer, cooling, lubrication, and electromagnetic-thermal coupling analyses. The position also involves bench and vehicle thermal testing, simulation-test correlation, optimization of thermal management designs, establishment of simulation standards, and support of R&D and mass production. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field, at least eight years of mass production R&D experience in new energy vehicle electric drive thermal simulation, proficiency in English, and expertise in 3D CFD and motor thermal simulation software.
