Description
Etched is hiring a Thermal Manufacturing Engineer to own the development, qualification, and scaling of liquid-cooling manufacturing processes for silicon-to-system products, with a focus on cold plates and manifolds. The role covers end-to-end NPI through mass production, fabrication-process optimization, supplier and technology qualification, process validation, defect root-cause analysis, manufacturing KPIs, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant manufacturing or thermal-systems experience, expertise in cold-plate fabrication processes, knowledge of aluminum and copper alloys, and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or materials science field.
