Description
Progressive Surface is hiring a Thermal Spray Operator to operate thermal spray, grit blasting, waterjet, abrasive waterjet, and shot peening machinery. The role includes equipment setup and changeovers, following work instructions and production schedules, routine maintenance and troubleshooting, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting with material handling and other production duties. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for long periods.
