Description
The Thermal Management Expert will drive local business growth for RD China’s thermal management team by defining and managing E/E thermal requirements, developing and integrating HVAC and thermal management functions, coordinating validation and release activities, troubleshooting issues, managing engineering changes, and supporting vehicle ramp-up. The role requires a degree in automotive engineering or a related discipline, more than eight years of automotive industry experience, at least five years with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers, and expertise in thermal systems, software development, systems engineering, and automotive tools.
