Quevilly Habitat is hiring a Thermal Systems Manager for a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract in Le Grand Quevilly, France. The role monitors heating, mechanical ventilation, communal domestic hot water, and electrical systems; inspects contractors; diagnoses malfunctions; checks temperatures and consumption; informs tenants; and performs basic electrical checks and equipment replacement. Candidates need technical training in heating, HVAC, or energy, at least two years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge of heating, VMC, electrical, and thermal systems.
