Description
Normal Computing is hiring for its Thermodynamic Hardware Residency, a hands-on research program for researchers and engineers working on unconventional thermodynamic computing hardware. Residents will design, simulate, characterize, and evaluate hardware; develop numerical methods and algorithms for analog, stochastic, in-memory computation; build evaluation frameworks; and co-author a research paper and present at a company-wide colloquium. The residency is intended for candidates pursuing or recently completing a graduate degree in a relevant field, with strong Python skills and interest in systems languages, hardware characterization, and large-model inference. Exceptional performers may be considered for full-time conversion.
