Description
The Thermoforming Operator Assistant supports thermoforming production by assisting with machine setup, operation, roll changes, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, real-time label scanning, downtime recording, quality inspections, paperwork, and food-safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment. A high school diploma is required, and 6 to 12 months of thermoforming machine operator experience or related experience is required, with manufacturing experience preferred.
