Description
TechnicAtome is hiring an end-of-degree engineering intern to study the thermohydraulic and radiological consequences of a Break of a Steam Generator Tube (BSGT) transient in onboard nuclear power plants. The intern will work in the Engineering Directorate’s Physical Studies unit, refine models of radionuclide transport and condenser thermohydraulics, study aerosol physics, and assess dosimetry gains using CATHARE and a TA-developed radiological code. The role requires knowledge of nuclear reactor physics, scientific calculation codes, and especially Python, along with teamwork, synthesis, and proactive skills.
