Picnic Runners is hiring a full-time thesis intern for its RUN Systems team to investigate whether Zebra handheld devices can detect driver distraction in real time and support accident analysis. The intern will test camera capabilities, build a prototype covering camera capture, on-device machine learning, live alerts, recording storage, and backend data synchronization, and share findings with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Master’s program in a relevant technical field, React experience, interest in machine learning or computer vision, and availability to work from the Amsterdam office five days per week for at least six months.
