E-Space is hiring a full-time Engineer to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and improve large-area roll-to-roll vacuum deposition equipment for thin-film manufacturing. The role involves preparing and running co-evaporation or sputter systems, diagnosing mechanical and process issues, controlling deposition parameters, supporting scale-up to high-volume production, developing process recipes, and collaborating with device, backend, and production teams. Candidates need an MS in a relevant technical field or a BS with significant industry experience, at least five years of hands-on thin-film vacuum deposition experience, and strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. The position is based in Arlington, Texas, and requires flexibility for extended hours or weekends during critical periods.
