Micron Technology is hiring a Thin Film Process Shift Engineer in Taoyuan, Taiwan to develop and improve thin-film deposition processes, monitor process performance, support yield improvement, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and follow SOPs for day and night shift operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, along with proven thin-film deposition experience; semiconductor manufacturing, advanced characterization, and project leadership are preferred.
