Description
The role is responsible for sustaining vacuum thin-film deposition using PVD/IBD processes, characterizing thin-film properties, analyzing wafer processing and probing results, performing and coordinating wafer-level failure analysis, and supporting the transfer of new deposition processes and tool qualification into production. The position requires a BS or MS degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, and prefers two years of thin-film deposition experience, a magnetic background, and strong statistical data analysis skills.
