CGM is hiring a third-level IT support specialist to operate and secure its healthcare online services, monitor system landscapes and data center capacities, maintain service-level agreements, identify risks, automate workflows, and support internal and external customers. The role requires completed IT training, several years of system administration experience, Linux and Windows Server experience, and strong German and English skills. The position is hybrid, with two days per week from home and three days on-site.
