Description
The role provides third-line support for a portfolio of commercial applications running on Windows and Linux, including deployment, identity-provider integration, Atlassian and cloud management, application monitoring, AI-based solution support, end-user troubleshooting, incident management, vendor escalation, knowledge-base development, requirements analysis, and security compliance. It requires strong SQL Server, IIS, cloud, networking, identity, and application-integration expertise, with half of the working days each month spent on site in Braine-l'Alleud.
