Description
SGS is seeking a third-party construction supervisor to oversee the quality, safety, technical specifications, environmental requirements, and schedule of retail-store construction projects. The role includes testing and acceptance, contractor schedule validation, change-order preparation, documentation, and coordination of MEP systems and premium finishes. It requires a completed civil engineering, architecture, or related degree, at least three years of retail, commercial, or light-building construction supervision experience, and knowledge of applicable regulations and quality and safety systems. The work is project-based and fixed-term, approximately four months per store.
