Description
The role manages the full third-party lifecycle, including onboarding, oversight, contract governance, risk assessments, performance monitoring, exit planning, and operational resilience for ICT and material outsourcing providers. It coordinates with procurement, information security, operational risk, legal, compliance, business continuity, and business stakeholders, and produces management and board-level reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of DORA and Solvency II, contract and SLA management skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and excellent English proficiency.
