The role includes soldering, wiring, bonding, curing, laser welding, testing, repair, and use of schematics and magnifying equipment, with a fourth-shift schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and intermittent Friday overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent, IPC/J-STD certification, ATF Possessor Permit, intermediate computer skills, and U.S. citizenship are required; six to twenty-four months of industrial experience is preferred.
