Accurate Courier Services is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative for its Cincinnati team. The role handles client calls, order entry, delivery updates, route monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and coordination with dispatch and operations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, computer and Microsoft Excel proficiency, and availability for a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule with weekend work. Compensation starts at $17 per hour.
