Description
Dyne Therapeutics is hiring a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to develop and execute a strategic engagement model with external thought leaders in rare neuromuscular diseases. The field-based role builds compliant, value-driven relationships with clinicians and experts, translates insights into commercial strategy, leads congress and advisory-board engagement, manages vendor partnerships, and collaborates across commercial, medical, market access, legal, and compliance functions. Candidates must reside within the assigned Midwest TLL territory, be within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport, and travel domestically up to 80%. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial experience, and demonstrated rare-disease thought-leader engagement; the base pay range is $230,000–$260,000 USD.
