Helix Linear Technologies is hiring a Thread Grinder Operator in Beachwood, Ohio, to set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines, primarily Drake equipment, to produce high-precision ball screws. The role involves grinding threads to specified form, pitch, lead, and surface finish; inputting part data, monitoring and adjusting processes, inspecting parts with precision tools, documenting output, and maintaining safe and organized work practices. Candidates should have CNC machining, thread grinding, or cylindrical OD grinding experience, the ability to read engineering drawings, and proficiency with basic inspection tools; prior Drake experience is preferred but training is provided. The position pays $20-$26 per hour, is paid weekly, and is overtime eligible.
