Google's Threat Intelligence Group is hiring a Threat Intelligence Analyst for its Korea Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) mission. The role analyzes network signals, malware behaviors, and threat reports; produces actionable intelligence on adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures; tracks government-backed threat actors; and develops automation and proof-of-concept solutions. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of experience in security assessments, design reviews, threat modeling, security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols, and five years of coding experience. Preferred qualifications include detection engineering, Python or C/C++ scripting, reverse engineering, and strong network and application-security knowledge. The position is available to applicants in Sydney, Australia, or Singapore.
