The Thrift Store Associate supports a thrift store in Jefferson through sales-floor and backroom work. The role includes ringing up customers, answering checkout questions, helping customers find merchandise, keeping the sales floor organized, sorting and pricing incoming donations, preparing goods for the floor, and maintaining an efficient backroom. The position is entry-level and available part-time or full-time, with a pay range of $12.15 to $13.15 per hour, employee shopping discounts, health benefits, and a 401(k) investment plan.
