Description
The Salvation Army is hiring a full-time Thrift Store Manager I for its OKM Thrift Store in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The role manages day-to-day thrift store operations, including customer service, merchandise rotation and restocking, displays, pricing, bookkeeping, security, and accountability for items and funds. The manager may lead volunteers, beneficiaries, and subordinate store personnel and must meet retail management, customer relations, bookkeeping, communication, and mathematical requirements, along with a high school diploma or GED and two years of progressively responsible retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
