Description
The THRIVE Clinical Manager supervises direct-care staff and other supervisees while managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned program. Responsibilities include program coverage, clinical supervision, treatment-team meetings, chart audits, training, productivity and reporting monitoring, community events, communication, and ensuring compliance with agency standards and evidence-based practice models. The role also provides direct care services, including crisis interventions, and requires knowledge of civil involuntary detention procedures.
