Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Through-Hole Lead to provide hands-on leadership for a through-hole assembly team in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role coordinates production assignments, reviews build documentation, oversees hand and wave soldering operations, troubleshoots defects, trains operators, verifies workmanship and traceability, and supports quality and engineering improvements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of through-hole assembly and soldering experience, and offers an 8-hour Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and weekends as needed, plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
