The Exploration Company is hiring a CAD & Stress Analyst to design and structurally justify propulsion hardware, with the Thrust Chamber Assembly as the primary scope. The role covers CAD layout and detailed design, hand calculations and FEA, material and manufacturing selection, trade studies, stress analysis reports, test-support, and post-test design iterations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, at least one year of related CAD and stress-analysis experience, strong CAD and FEA skills, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and fluency in English.
