Blue Origin is hiring a senior manufacturing operations leader to oversee thruster system manufacturing and related financial and operational performance in Huntsville, Alabama. The role builds and leads an interdisciplinary organization spanning manufacturing engineering, quality, tooling, supply chain, and production; owns the end-to-end manufacturing flow from raw materials through final acceptance testing; improves safety, quality, cost, schedule, throughput, yield, and cycle time; drives design for manufacturability; implements lean, data-driven operational systems; and standardizes best practices. Applicants need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience in complex, high-precision production environments.
