PlotPointe is hiring a Lead Thumbnail Designer to own the visual front door of long-form YouTube videos, maintain a 9%+ click-through rate, and build and lead a thumbnail team. The role combines high-volume personal design with A/B testing, YouTube Studio analytics, visual standards, quality control, and collaboration with writers, editors, and channel leaders. Candidates need at least four years of thumbnail design experience at scale, a strong personal CTR record, experience producing 20+ thumbnails per week, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and experience using AI tools.
