AttoTude is hiring a highly experienced THz IC Design Engineer to lead the design and development of mixed-signal ICs for AI and hyperscale data center applications. The role owns the full IC design cycle from architecture through layout, simulation, verification, and evaluation, with occasional travel to the Bay Area for a remote position. The posting requires 10+ years of hands-on III-V IC design experience, a master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, and strong expertise in high-speed interconnects and analog functional blocks; a Ph.D. and high-speed device technology experience are preferred.
