Description
The San Antonio Zoo is hiring a Ticket Clerk to greet guests, provide customer service, sell admission tickets and other entry packages, process payments, account for funds, maintain records, and support visitor entry operations. The role may include greeter, cashier, ticket-taker, survey, and member-check-in duties, along with cash-handling, loss-prevention, and basic housekeeping tasks. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and the zoo prefers customer-service, theme-park or hospitality, and cash-handling experience; candidates must also complete background and drug-screening requirements and be available for day, night, holiday, weekend, and occasional after-hour assignments.
